At Aleph Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable beauty ritual. If a product isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and a shade-exchange program for used products.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including any promotional materials or samples provided.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new shade within 5-7 business days.
